I had a late traffic citation (speeding ticket), Court was twice postponed. I was unable to attend to because of being from another state. Tim was referred by the North Carolina Legal Assistance folks. When I spoke to them, the representative immediately recommended Tim. Called Tim's office and he immediately got back to me with the details of what would transpire, the Court and citation fees and his fee and that he would work to get the traffic ticket citation lowered. He then called me to tell me he had set up a court date with the DA's office. Tim followed up with every action, appeared in court, paid the fine and court fees from the money I sent him and closed the case. Here is my recommendation. Tim is an amazing attorney who helps everyone he comes in contact with, keeps them informed and advises them of what should be done. He follows up every step of the way, takes time to advise and counsel his clients and handles things in such a professional manner that you feel Tim is your best friend. If you EVER need legal counsel for ANY MATTER, don't even stop to think about who you should retain, TIM FOWLER is so EXCEPTIONAL, there's really no one to compare with him.
